MODUS Super Series: 25 matches in Champions Week
At the MODUS Super Series, 25 group matches in Best of 7 were on the schedule yesterday, split across one group of six and one group of five.
In the group of six, Michael Wiles and Ayres each won four of their five matches. Ayres took the head-to-head 4:3. Seven of the 15 matches in this group went the full distance. David Davies started with a 0:4 against Darren Beveridge without winning a leg and then came through 4:2 against Ayres. Benito van de Pas lost all five matches.

In the group of five, Andy Baetens, Scott Robertson and Derek Coulson each won three of their four matches. Robertson came out on top 4:3 in the decider against Baetens. Scott Campbell lost four of his five matches, but his 4:2 against Robertson was the most striking result in the group. Ted Evetts went without a win in three matches.

ANZ Premier League: final night in Brisbane
The Dabble Darts ANZ Premier League wraps up its season today with the Finals Night at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre. Start is at 19:00 local time, which is 10:00 CET. The field features Raymond Smith, Tim Pusey, Jonny Tata and Simon Whitlock.
According to the organisers, the winner receives a place at the PDC World Championship and at the Grand Slam of Darts. So for the four players there is a lot more at stake than this league's title. Whitlock and Pusey last met in the final of Night 05.
MODUS Super Series: Champions Week final
In the evening comes the Champions Week final of the MODUS Super Series with six matches in two groups of three. Archie Self was already through to this round as a group winner before yesterday's matchday and opens the evening.
