PDC World Matchplay 2027: Qualification

17 July – 25 July 2027 · Winter Gardens (Empress Ballroom), Blackpool

There are two qualification routes for the PDC World Matchplay 2027: the top 16 players in the PDC Order of Merit and the top 16 players in the Pro Tour Order of Merit are eligible to take part, meeting each other in the Empress Ballroom in Blackpool. The decisive cut-off date for both rankings is 6 July 2027, around two weeks before the tournament starts on 17 July 2027. That gives a chance not only to the consistently successful top players in the world ranking, but also to those pros who have collected their prize money above all on the Pro Tour and at the smaller tournaments on the PDC calendar. At stake are the title and the advertised winner's prize of £225,000. Source
