The field for the Premier League Darts 2026 consisted of eight players. The defending champion was Luke Humphries, who had won the 2025 final 11-8 against Luke Littler. Gian van Veen and Josh Rock made their Premier League debuts, while Jonny Clayton was part of the field again for the first time since 2023. Michael van Gerwen made his 14th consecutive appearance and, with seven titles, is the most successful player in the tournament's history; Gerwyn Price was in the field for the eighth time and was a finalist in 2023, and Stephen Bunting took part for the third time.
