Premier League Darts 2026: Format

The Premier League Darts 2026 was played in the format in place since 2022: eight players contested a knockout tournament every Thursday evening with four quarter-finals, two semi-finals and a final. In weeks 1 to 7 and 9 to 15, every player met every other player once in the quarter-finals; on nights 8 and 16 the seeding followed the current table. A nightly win was worth five points, a defeat in the final three and reaching the semi-finals two points. The league phase was played over Best of 11 Legs, the play-off semi-finals over Best of 19 and the final over Best of 21 Legs. The top four after 16 nights reached the play-offs, where first played fourth and second played third. Source
