World Series of Darts Finals 2027: Qualification

16–19 September 2027 · AFAS Live, Amsterdam

The field for the World Series of Darts Finals 2027 is determined by a separate World Series ranking. Over the course of the year, seven tournaments in the series are staged in different countries; the top 4 of the PDC Order of Merit after the World Championship are eligible to play there, along with four more top players, and in addition players from the respective region can qualify for each event. The results feed into a points system: the winner of a World Series tournament receives 12 points, the runner-up 8 points, semi-finalists 5 points, quarter-finalists 3 points and first-round players 1 point. The participants in the Finals are determined by the ranking as it stands after the seven tournaments. Since 2024 the tournament has consisted of 32 players, who all enter directly in the first round, whereas up to 2023 the top 8 were seeded for the second round and 16 further players played off in a preliminary round for the eight opponents.
