The entry system
Entry limit and waiting list
Set a limit. Anyone after that goes to the waiting list automatically and moves up once a spot is free. The participant list is visible on the tournament page.
Confirmation and payment status
Optionally, an entry only counts once you confirm it. Entry fee, payment info, paid or confirmed status, deadline and on-site registration are configurable.
Custom entry fields
Extra fields such as text, number, date, select, checkbox, e-mail or phone. For teams also per player.
Singles, doubles and teams
Set the team size. The captain registers, team mates join via an invitation link. Duplicates are detected before submitting.
E-mails with your own templates
Automatic e-mails on registration, waiting list and confirmation. You edit the templates per tournament.
Push to players
On publishing, players nearby get a push notification. Confirmation, payment received and moving up from the waiting list trigger push as well.

Frequently asked questions
What does the entry system cost?
Nothing. Tournaments, entries, e-mails and push are free on DartCloud.
Can I keep using an external registration?
Yes. Instead of DartCloud registration you add an external entry link. The tournament still shows in the list, the app and the place page.
Can players withdraw themselves?
If you allow it. Players see their entries under "My entries" and can withdraw there until your cut-off date.
